Will my 30% APR credit card ever return to its original APR?

I missed a payment on a credit card with an introductory 0% APR. The APR rocketed to 30%. I finally paid off the balance and have no intention of using it with its current APR. When can I expect the APR to return to a more reasonable level? Will having a card with such a high APR negatively impact my credit rating? I know that it is better to hold on to the card rather than cancel it, but would this be an exception to this rule?

No interest Credit Card/or Debit Card for a college student.?

So i’m going away for my first year of college and since i’ve paid most of my bills for my whole
high school career my mom is going to pay for all my expenses while im at college (like my gas, grocery’s, supplies). We are trying to figure out the easiest way to do that. Is there any interest free credit cards out there? or would we better off just getting a checking account set up with a debit card. I’m responsible with my money and my spending, so my mom isn’t really worried about me over spending because i wont. I was looking online and there are some offers, like the Chase cards…that have 0% apr for up to #months..what exactly does that mean?? like after my year away at school we can just cancel the card as to not gather interest after the said amount of months.

Ideas would be greatly appreciated :) thank you

Can I buy a car using my credit card?

I thinking about buying a car 20grand out the door max. I dont want a lecture on credit please.

1. One is to buy car and put it on my credit card. Can this be done? Do dealership take credit cards?

2. I have really good credit and get these blank 0% APR until, lets say July 2007 all the time. I can use these for purchase or deposit it in my bank account but it will be treated as a cash advance and has a max fee of . So if I write a check for ,000, there will be a fee of . So I was thinking of writing the check to the dealership or myself. When July 07 comes and interest rate kick in, I would transfer that balance to another credit card with 0% offer. So overall I pay 0% interest and all I lose is about in fees, and my car will probably be paid off by the time the promotion period ends.

Is it bad to not pay your credit card bill off in full every month when you have 0% apr?

I’ve had my first credit card for two months now. I have 0% APR until October 08. I only have a XX balance on it, and the minimum payments are only a month. Last month, I paid them and this month I’m going to try and pay it off in full, but if I don’t, is that bad for my credit?

Thankss

If I invested $10,000 in the stock market with credit card money (0% APR) and make a $2500, what is my ROI? ?

The return is calculated by change over base. However, in this case… the base is 0, since I didn’t put down any of my money. So is the ROI 2500%? Isn’t 00 pure profit since I didn’t use any of my own money, assuming that I’m borrowing ,000 from the bank at 0% APR on a promotion offer.

Can I cancel a credit card with a 0% APR within the intro period?

Firstly, I am completely opposed to credit. It scares me because of how much people go in debt to it. I want the card for a single purchase and then I want to scrap it. I’m looking into buying a Macbook for school and for mobile web design & photography work; stuff that generates me some money now. I’ve been looking at cards that offer no annual fees and a 0% APR because I don’t want to pay more than I have to. But I only plan to use this card for the Macbook and then I want to get rid of it and just pay the monthly fees. All of it will be paid off within one year which is how long the 0% APR lasts that I have been looking at. Can someone give me any advice? I just want to make payments on this computer and that be the end of it. I’m also upgrading my camera soon, so I’m selling stuff to afford that and I just want to use credit to get the laptop.

Student loans transfer to 0% APR Credit Card?

I have some student loans. I plan to transfer it to my credit card that offer 0% APR in 12 months. Would this be a wise decision or not? I will repay it within the 12 months. That way there will be no interest on my part. However, will this affect my tax refunds, such as decreasing my refunds. Last year I had a huge refund, which I think is due to the student loans that I am paying. Thank you for your educated input!

Wanna know how to get a 0% APR car payment?

Listen here, are you sick n tired of paying that 7% every month going straight to the car dealer. Get this, use all the financing out there to get a 0% APR financing. I just recently purchased a 2007 vehicle and im paying 5 a month. But this is interest free.. I also received a 0% APR financing credit card for a year. Guess what i did.. Put it on the card, and pay off the card as much as possible. Get this the credit card rate after that is only 6.5%. So even if i cant pay it all off, im still paying less. But here is the real trick, i get these 0% cards pretty regularly, dont you? Guess what im gonna be doing by 10 months from now. Paying off my first credit card with this second one. Now i have another year, interest free! I have no doubt ill have this car paid off in full interest free in 3 years tops. If you dont have great credit, then this might be difficult, but talk to your parents if your young enough, they can back you. It works! dont pay interest ever again!
